Move In 


  • Can I pay my rent online?

    Our preferred payment method is thru your resident portal. You'll be able to see all of your outstanding charges and have access to your resident ledger. 

  • How do I set up my tenant portal to pay rent online?

    Please refer to your welcome letter as it has a link for your new portal. However you may create one at anytime at peaklivingps.appfolio.com at anytime. You must use the same email address you gave your property during move in. 

  • How do I submit a repair or maintenance request?

    Your resident portal has a link to a maintenance request section. Please be as thorough as you can with your descriptions so we may better serve you. If you haven't heard a response in a timely manner please email maintenance@peaklivingps.com or reach out to your property manager. 

  • Can I reserve a space for my moving truck?

    Space is for truck is property dependant. Please contact your property manager for a clearer picture on easing your move in.

  • How are my utilities billed?

    Please refer to your lease for utility responsibility as this varies property by property. Contact your property manager with any questions. 


Move Out


  • How do I give notice or intent to move out?

    Please utilitize your tenant portal to submit your move out notice. Our team will walk you through the next steps to help streamline your move out process. Don't forget to read your lease agreement to review your responsibilities. 

  • When will I receive my Security Deposit?

    Your Security Deposit reconcilitaiotn letter will be mailed with any funds owed within 21 days of your move out inspection. If unforseen circumstances arise during the period, you will be given a notice as to the delay. 

  • Can Peak Living just charge me for cleaning my unit?

    Yes, Peak Living can absolutely handle your cleaning and apartment move out inspection. Please refer to your lease agreement for a list of fixed costs to consider when moving out. Keep in mind that your apartment will need to be returned in the same shape as when you move in. Having Peak Living manage your cleaning guarantees you're not charged twice if your move out inspection goes poorly.  

  • Can we end the lease early and if so how do we terminate properly?

    You'll need to check your lease for early termination procedures as these varies property to property. After reviewing your lease if you have any questions please contact your property manager.
